2026 Future Campus Awards
The Future Campus 2026 Awards will recognise the very best examples of Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Fundraising in the tertiary sector in Australia and New Zealand.
The awards are open to all staff and students of Universities, TAFEs and other tertiary institutions in Australia and New Zealand. Entrants do not need to be working in a marketing, communications or recruitment area – the point of the awards is to recognise the importance and value of marketing, communications, recruitment and fundraising initiatives by staff and students across the sector.
The awards will be judged by an eminent panel of sector experts. Shortlisted entrants will be published in Future Campus and may be invited to present their entry at the HE FEST 2026 conference.
Winners will be announced at the HE FEST 2026 conference on 22 September 2026.

- Best University Marketing campaign 2026
- The Matchett Award - Best University Communications Campaign 2026
- Best University Recruitment Initiative 2026
- Best University Fundraising Campaign 2026
- Best Low Budget Campaign 2026
- Best Photograph 2026
- Best Agency Partnership 2026
- Best use of AI outside of Learning, Teaching and Assessment 2026
- Best Student Marketing Campaign 2026

Some entrants shortlisted for awards will be invited to present short, practical insights into the work, adding to a rich seam of content in specialised tracks.
Shortlisted submissions will also be recognised and profiled in Future Campus in the month prior to the conference.
